Social support is key to successful change. Join an accountability group to access support and build a network. These small groups meets at regular intervals and are facilitated by your coach. Available in coordination with coaching/training packages, clinics, and memberships.

Wellness Workshops and Webinars

Wellness Workshops are designed to address the specific health promotion topics and interests unique to your group, organization, or corporate facility. Based on the scientific literature and guided by learning and behavior theories, each workshop will combine education and application activities to achieve learning objectives.

Motivation Workshop: Getting started on your wellness goals can sometimes feel like the biggest hurdle. How does one begin and stay motivated to continue pursuing goals over time? Thrive Wellness Coaching wants to help you take that first step and stay motivated on your wellness journey. In this workshop we will explore the science behind establishing healthy habits, gain skills in goal setting and motivation strategies, experience the power of intention, and expand your motivational toolbox. Wellness Clinics/Exercise Classes

Using a small group format, wellness clinics provide a progressive program for instruction on specific fitness, nutrition, and health promotion topics. Clinics are activity based and combine instruction with wellness education.

Better Balance: A clinic for strengthening muscles involved in balance, improving movement patterns, and incorporating fall prevention strategies for the older adult. Next 4 week session: COMING SOON!
